Our core business is learning - learning to be literate and numerate, learning to value each other, learning to think critically and creatively, learning to be a good community member, learning to appreciate beauty and compassion AND learning to have fun. We believe we are on a learning journey not in a race and all members of the Thornbury Primary community are part of this journey. Our school is unique and diverse with 2 educational pathways learning side by side under the State governments Victorian Essential Learning Standards- regular and Steiner. Together, parents and teachers can provide the support and encouragement needed to make every child's school experience both enjoyable and successful.
